Bill Boliver

Born in Western PA. Moved to the Jersey Shore. Parents bought a 7 unit rental complex and started surfing, skateboarding, skimboarding in 1967. Vacationed Florida in the early ’70’s and then moved to Ft. Lauderdale. Parents bought a 32 unit complex and assisted in being a landlord and learned all aspects of maintenance and upkeep. Also went to Brown Institute for Broadcasting. Got a a job at Channel 51 WKID TV as a Video Tape Operator where I met my future wife, Kendall.  Moved to Lake Worth, Fl.  Parents bought 2 rental homes and a home on the river. Was Manager at the local Winn Dixie. Found out about Sebastian Inlet surf and fell in love with Brevard County.

We purchased our first home in Indialantic in 1992, raised our 3 children in that home, outgrew that home and purchased our next home in Melbourne Beach in 1999.  Bought a flip home behind FIT in 2004 and turned it into a rental to date.  Purchased another home in Melbourne Beach and made significant upgrades including a new metal roof, low e-vinyl windows, tiled all areas except bedrooms and $60,000 upgraded kitchen. 

Now we are helping both our 90 year old mothers, helping out and enjoying our 2 grand babies and volunteering at Coastline Community Church.

Have worked at opening the Blockbuster video franchise stores in Brevard County, Longboard House Surf Shop, opened Cocoa Beach Surf Company, was Manager at Vita Spas (hot tubs) and currently Boardroom Manager at Longboard House (2nd tour).
